The service is provided free of charge, without registration, and without warranty.

3. Informational Purpose Only

All calendar calculations, holiday dates, and related information on CalendarTool are provided for informational and reference purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, employment, or official government advice.

Holiday Data Limitations

  • Public holiday dates may change due to government announcements, emergency proclamations, or election scheduling. We update our data regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy.
  • Substitute holiday rules vary by country and by year. Always verify with the relevant government ministry or employer.
  • Islamic (Hijri) dates are based on astronomical calculation. Official dates in Pakistan, Morocco, and other countries may differ by 1–2 days depending on the local moon sighting committee's announcement.

Lunar Calendar Limitations

  • Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, and Japanese lunar calendar boundaries are computed using the UTC+7 or UTC+8 timezone respectively. The same moment in time may fall on different lunar dates depending on which timezone is applied.
  • Leap month (intercalary month) placement uses established astronomical algorithms and may differ from traditional or regional hand-computed lunisolar calendars.

Critical decisions (payroll, contract deadlines, legal notices, religious observance) should be verified against official sources before action is taken.

4. Intellectual Property

The text, layout, design, and software code of CalendarTool are protected by copyright. Holiday data sourced from official government publications is reproduced for informational purposes and remains the property of the respective governments.

Permitted Uses

  • Personal, educational, and non-commercial research use of information displayed on the Site.
  • Sharing links to specific tool pages.
  • Embedding public holiday data (obtained from the JSON export feature) in non-commercial projects with attribution to CalendarTool.

Prohibited Uses

  • Systematic scraping or bulk copying of Site content for redistribution or commercial use without permission.
  • Claiming our original content or code as your own.
  • Reproducing the Site in a way that could mislead users about the source.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
