What to Contact Us About

  • 🐛 Bug Reports — A calculation is wrong, a calendar won't load, a button doesn't work, or the page displays incorrectly on your device.
  • 📅 Data Corrections — A public holiday date is wrong or outdated. Please include the official government source so we can verify.
  • 🌏 Language / Country Requests — You'd like to see a tool in a new language, or a holiday calendar for a country we don't yet cover.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all messages within 1–3 business days. During high-traffic periods (around Tết / Lunar New Year, major holidays) response times may be slightly longer.

For urgent data corrections that affect a currently running holiday, please put [URGENT] in your subject line and describe the error clearly.

Before Contacting Us

Please check the following before reaching out:

  • The FAQ section on each tool page answers many common questions about how the tool works and why dates may vary.
  • For Islamic/Hijri dates: official moon sighting dates may differ from our astronomical calculation by 1–2 days. This is expected and explained in the tool's FAQ.
  • For lunar calendar date differences between China and Vietnam: the two calendars use different timezones (UTC+8 vs UTC+7), which can shift the start of a lunar month by one day. This is intentional.
