Peru's system of public holidays is governed by Legislative Decree No. 713 and subsequent regulations, which establish the official rest days applicable to all workers across the country. In 2027, Peru observes 16 public holidays, which include national civic commemorations, Catholic religious observances, and cultural celebrations.
